Fill out and submit the online contact form with details of your event, selecting the pieces you hope to rent. Please include if you prefer pick up or delivery. If you would like a quote for delivery, please include the address of your event, and your preferred drop off and pick up day/time.  Once we confirm availability, we will send you an email with your custom proposal, including reservation details, payment options, and a contract.  Once you receive a proposal, you can reserve your items by returning a signed contract and making a 50% non-refundable deposit on your order. The final balance is due 14 days prior to your event. You will receive an email reminder when final payment is due.

Our standard pick up and drop off days are either Monday or Thursday the week of your event. If an alternate day/time is needed, we will do our best to accommodate, but it must be scheduled in advance. 

You can cancel your order up to two weeks before your event date. We do not offer refunds, but you can use the paid amount as a credit toward future events.

Rented items can be picked up at our warehouse for free or delivered for an additional fee. Specific information for delivery and the cost can be found under the Rental Agreement tab. Pickup or delivery times can be requested on the Contact Form. All rentals are due back at the agreed upon time. A late return will incur an additional day’s rental fee.

The farm table is 8ft long and 3ft wide and benches are 8ft long. A farm table with two benches can comfortably seat (8) adults.
