All rental prices are non-negotiable. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to your event. If you are booking within 30 days of your event, full payment is required.

In addition to payment, all bookings require a signed rental agreement and liability agreement. Final counts are due 14 days prior to the event. Removal of items from your original booking, will become credit toward a future rental.

Rented items can be picked up at our warehouse for free or delivered for an additional fee. Pickup or delivery times can be requested on the contact form. Available times will be confirmed via email or by phone. All rentals are due back at the agreed upon time. A late return will incur an additional day’s rental fee.

Set up & Tear Down charges (TBD based on event)

If your event is at two separate locations, additional delivery fees will apply. 

A responsible party (an adult 21 years of age or older) must be present upon delivery to sign the delivery slip and accept the items suitable for use. 

Rented items must be gathered and ready in one central location for pick up following your event. If you, the renter, will not be available during pick up, it is your responsibility to coordinate with the venue or an alternate point of contact to ensure all items are ready for pick up.

Items must be stored in a secure, out-of-the-weather location until pick up.  If items are not available or accessible upon pick up, an additional day’s rental fee will be charged, and the customer will be responsible to return the items or schedule another pick up time, subject to additional charges.

If you have not elected to pay for set up charges, then you must provide all set up of rented items.  If you have not elected to pay for tear down, then you must provide all tear down of rented items. Tables must be broken down and benches stacked.

The standard delivery fee includes drop-off at the lowest level of the structure.  Certain venues require labor intensive load in/out, including elevators and stairs. Logistics must be arranged prior to your event.
